You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- use the Website to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- knowingly transmit any data or content that contains viruses, trojans, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, or any other harmful programs or computer code;

While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that it is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
- Any quotation or pricing shown on the Website is indicative. Binding prices are confirmed in a written quotation following a home survey, in accordance with our ShutterLab Terms & Conditions.
6. Bookings and enquiries through the Website
The Website lets you book a free home survey through the embedded Acuity Scheduling tool, and request information by email or phone. Submitting a booking or enquiry does not by itself form a contract for the supply of shutters; a contract is only formed under our ShutterLab Terms & Conditions.
7. Reviews and third-party content
The Website displays reviews and ratings from third-party platforms (such as Trustpilot and Google) and embeds widgets from third-party providers (such as Elfsight). We do not control the content or availability of those platforms and are not responsible for any inaccuracies or losses arising from third-party content.
8. Links to and from other websites
- The Website contains links to third-party sites (e.g. Trustpilot, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram). Those links are provided for your convenience only; we have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
- You may link to our home page provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal, does not damage our reputation, and does not suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
9. Cookies and analytics
The Website uses cookies and similar storage mechanisms, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and our Dotwall Monitor analytics tool. Full details, including the cookies set and how to control them, are in our Privacy Policy. When you first visit the Website you will be asked to accept or decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner.

- Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
